Born on 3rd July 1980, Harbhajan Singh aka Turbanator is an Indian cricketer who plays for Indian national cricket team. He plays for Punjab in the domestic cricket and also plays in the Indian Premiere League.

He is right-arm off spin specialist bowler who is also a good lower order right-handed batsman.

He holds the record of the second-highest number of Test wickets by an off spinner, behind Sri Lanka’s Muttiah Muralitharan.

During the players auction for the inaugural season of the Indian Premiere League (IPL 2008), Harbhajan Singh was bought by Mumbai Indians (MI) and since then he has been associated with them.

In the eight IPL seasons played so far for the Mumbai Indians, Harbhajan has played in 111 matches taking 110 wickets at an average of 24.79 and has scored 691 runs with the bat at an average of 15.70.

Thanks to his performance in IPL 2014 and IPL 2015 he was able to make a successful comeback into the Indian National Cricket Team.
